Job Title: Project Co-Ordinator

Location: Bridgend

Salary: £19,000 to £21,000 per annum

Job Type: Full Time/Permanent – Working hours 09:00-5:30 Monday-Friday.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join our thriving organisation as a Project Co-Ordinator. The Project Co-Ordinator is an essential role in delivering effective project delivery matched with excellent customer service for our clients. You will work with the sales, technical and finance team to ensure the efficient service from sale to billing. As a member of the DataKom team you will have excellent customer service skills matched with a practical and organised approach with everything you do.

About the role:

You will be:

  • Managing all projects from beginning to end
  • Manage all transfers and new orders for landline, broadband, virtual numbers and cloud orders
  • Manage vehicle tracker installations with 3rd party vendor
  • Liaise will all 3rd party suppliers to ensue project delivery
  • Organise and liaise with DataKom sales team and engineering team
  • Manage ordering of project equipment
  • Complete welcome letters, packs and general administration
  • Contacting customers with project updates within SLA
  • Manage incoming calls and emails

  • Willing to work on new ideas to improve current processes
  • Telecoms experience is desirable
