Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Bridgend

Salary: £18,000

The company is a well-established, award winning Telecommunications Company based in Bridgend. The primary focus is to ensure the best customer service for their customers.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join this thriving organisation as a Project Co-Ordinator. The Project Co-Ordinator is an essential role in delivering effective project delivery matched with excellent customer service for their clients. The successful candidate will work with the sales, technical and finance team to ensure the efficient service from sale to billing. As a member of the company team the successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills matched with a practical and organised approach with everything they do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all projects from beginning to end
  • Manage all transfers and new orders for landline, broadband, virtual numbers and cloud orders
  • Manage all transfers and new orders for mobile and data sim orders
  • Manage vehicle tracker installations with 3rd party vendor
  • Liaise will all 3rd party suppliers to ensue project delivery
  • Organise and liaise with the sales team and engineering team
  • Manage ordering of project equipment
  • Complete welcome letters, packs and general administration
  • Contacting customers with project updates within SLA
  • Manage incoming calls and emails

  • Telecoms experience is desirable
