Salary: £40K – £45K Pro Rata
Job type: Part time permanent
- 1 x 40 hour, 6 day Wednesday-Wednesday “on” week with 4 days off, Thursday – Tuesday
OR
- 20 hours a week Monday-Friday, ideally 2.5 hours Monday & Friday, 5 hours Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
Our business is over 20 years old, growing, and looking to grow more. Over the last few years we have been building the behind-the-scenes systems and infrastructure for our scaleable business and are now in the process of finishing this ‘setup’ phase. To get to the next stage we require you.

As our 1st ever Project Manager you will have complete control over both designing & following project plans, updating systems, automating processes wherever possible & filling in process gaps when you find them rather than grinding to a halt. We have a Straight Through Process which you will improve so that our clients receive the best possible experience. You will find the role stimulating because you will have the freedom to make changes to improve and automate our systems. Your management is of our Projects, not people at this stage but that will change as we grow. You will “earn your spurs” by delivering Projects on time and showing initiative to overcome obstacles rather than just grinding to a halt at each and every obstacle. Most of the day to day is analysis of supplier invoices and reports in order to produce spreadsheets for our clients. Our project management tool is Zoho Projects. You will be talking on the ‘phone with suppliers & clients, presenting information in succinct, creative and revealing ways so your flair with Excel will have a chance to shine through. We have good systems & processes but due to the amount of new business we’ve not kept all of these up to date and now need to catch up while keeping on top of the day to day. You won’t be bored!! You will be helping to build this world class business by delivering reports to our clients.
