The Role:
We are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience delivering for in house software development teams within Agile and Scrum frameworks. This person will work with the Senior Programme Manager to partner stakeholders within the Mirriad business, acting as a resource for planning and execution of projects and workflows. They will also manage issue resolution across the various development teams. Experience within broadcast media, video content production or digital advertising domains would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- End to end ownership of multiple assigned projects – initiation, discovery, development, testing, operational readiness and transition to live, on time, within budget and within scope
- Own individual project governance – planning, RAID, RACI, progress monitoring and reporting
- Support best practice project management
Skills, Knowledge and Attributes needed for the role:
- Good understanding of Software Development lifecycle and Project processes
- Logical, evidence-based approach to problem solving
- Can-do attitude, flexible and pragmatic to achieve the best outcome
- Strong organizational skills, able to coordinate and collate complex information across multiple workstreams
- Good stakeholder management skills, able to lead by example, hold teams to account
- Strong interpersonal skills with which to engage senior business stakeholders and convey complex information in straightforward manner
- Excellent Jira, MS Project and MS Excel Skills.
2 years minimum Project Management Experience including:
- Working with complex solutions across product, in house software development, QA and operational disciplines.
- Driving end to end change and innovation across multiple workstreams
- Working with high level stakeholders, customers and partners
- Agile project methodology
Education:
- Business or technology focused degree or degree level qualification
- Project Management/PMO qualification – Agile/Scrum is a plus
