Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Based in North-East region within commutable distance from Darlington

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing Group Business Change function as a Project Manager, to take full responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of projects for the ReddeNorthgate group.

ReddeNorthgate was formed in early 2020 following a successful merger to become the UK’s foremost integrated mobility solutions provider.

Role overview:

The PM will ensure realistic project, quality, change control and risk management processes are maintained.

Control resources and costs against project budget and manage expectations of project stakeholders.

Overall responsibility for the achievement of project objectives with adherence to agreed / Business Change governance.

About you:

  • First and foremost you are an experienced Project Manager with an Advanced Project Management qualification (e.g. Agile PM, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, PMI) along with Agile methodology training/experience, such as Certified SCRUM Master (CSM)
  • You have 3+ Years’ experience in a similar Project Management role within an IT or Business facing environment. This should include at least one full enterprise programme rollout from inception to delivery
  • You will hold a detailed understanding of recognised methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile or similar, and excellent communication and relationship development skills – including stakeholder engagement
  • Due to the nature of the projects you have managed you will hold a strong understanding of systems and software development processes (Software development Lifecycle)
  • You get involved in every part of your business – you take pride in understanding exactly what makes your business tick and lead by example, setting high standards
