This position as Purchase Ledger Clerk will see you working for a business who are team orientated and have been through an exciting year seeing turnover double over previous years. Duties Include:
The role as Purchase Ledger Clerk will see you carrying out duties such as:
- Processing all purchase invoices and payments onto the Sage purchase ledger.
- Dealing with supplier statement reconciliation.
- Using Excel to record invoice information.
- Chasing for outstanding missing invoices.
- Bank reconciliations in Sage 50.
- Ordering of general stock.
- General administration to support the accounts supervisor and the wider team.
Experience Required:
- The Purchase Ledger Clerk will need to have worked in this role previously and use of Sage 50 Accounts is essential.
