Location: Dover / Hybrid

Salary: £23,210 – Increasing to £26,132 following successful 6 month Probation

Job type: Maternity Cover Until 20 January 2025, Full Time.

The Role:

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrative Assistant to join our committed and passionate Clearvoice Team on a Fixed Term Contract until 20/01/2025.

The successful candidate will be adaptable with the ability to multi-task and an effective communicator with the ability to form strong working relationships.

The scope of this role is to provide high quality and timely administrative support to Clear Voice’s recruitment department. The post holder will be required to adopt a pro-active approach towards following and implementing Clear Voice processes in line with any updated requirements.

The main areas of this role will deliver the income generating ‘Clear Voice Interpreters’ service in all its activities under the direction of the Clear Voice Head of Operations on a day-to-day basis and the Clear Voice Director overall.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Through the consistent and high-quality delivery of service, maintain and develop the service’s values and reputation in the marketplace
  • Form and maintain positive working relationships with current and future interpreter base
  • Maintain a robust CRM system and database of all interpreters who are registered with the service
  • Carry out linguist satisfaction feedback mechanisms
  • Support the Clear Voice Manager to keep up to date with competitors’ activities and rates by providing any relevant information gathered from new and existing interpreters with experience in the industry
  • Support the recruitment, selection, and induction of a large bank of freelance interpreters
  • Support the team with the day-to-day administrative needs of a busy service as and when required
  • Support and always demonstrate the vision and values of our organisation
  • Follow all policies of Migrant Help, as the parent organisation to Clear Voice
  • Any other reasonable duties assigned, including administrative and operational tasks within the post holder’s competency

About you:

  • Experience of delivering a high level of customer service
  • Experience of processing and filing documentation
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent ability to communicate at all levels, verbally and in writing, with diverse groups or individuals

What else to expect:

  • This is a hybrid role with the requirement to come into the Dover office on occasion and therefore flexibility is required.
  • The Clearvoice team operate between the hours on 9am and 5pm, however on occasion you may need to work outside these hours so flexibility is required
