The Role

TNS are currently seeking an experienced Risk Manager to work in the Global Risk Management team based in Welwyn Garden City.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing for and managing year-end PCI DSS assessments
  • Working closely with internal teams and external assessors to prepare for these audits
  • Either managing or supporting the assessment process to deliver by agreed deadlines
  • Ensuring that compliance with PCI DSS requirements is maintained throughout the year
  • Working closely with Products and Operations to assess impact of product or infrastructure changes on TNS’ PCI DSS compliance
  • Working closely with Security and other teams to ensure that key internal controls are maintained throughout for continued compliance
  • Raising awareness through presentations on key aspects of or changes to compliance requirements
  • Maintaining Disaster Recovery plans and managing the test calendar
  • Documenting or updating Disaster Recovery plans
  • Performing regular reviews to ensure that plans are kept up-to-date based on identified infrastructure changes
  • Building strong working relationships to deliver on agreed objectives
  • Developing a strong working relationship with internal teams and external assessors to deliver on the team’s objectives

Candidate Requirements

  • Degree level education (or equivalent) and/or CISA
  • At least 5 years’ experience of 2 or more of the following:
  • PCI DSS assessments
  • IT/Compliance audits
  • Disaster Recovery planning
  • Project management
  • Team player who can work in a dynamic environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong report writing and presentation skills
  • Experience gained in Risk, Security or Internal audit. Experience in payment card industry will be beneficial.
