Job Title: Sales / Account Management Executive

Location: Havant, Hampshire

Salary: £22,000 per annum

We are looking for talented individuals with great communications skills to work on behalf of one of our insurance clients. You will be supporting the Sales Manager, helping to drive the sales pipeline for their insurance brokers.

Role:

  • Representing our client’s brand.
  • Using effective influencing & closing skills to onboard Insurance Brokers
  • Achieving Quality Targets.
  • Overachieving individual and team objectives
  • Updating accurately our clients’ systems
  • Take full ownership of issues, and to ensure timely, effective resolution.

What will I be responsible for?

Job role

  • Lead Nourishment
  • Proposal documents – distribution
  • Convert leads to Membership – sign up on portal
  • Nurturing our current pool of client accounts to drive them all to full paying memberships
  • Produce and send out client documents, via adobe acrobat. Chasing for returned documents when necessary.
  • Onboard clients onto the platform following our onboarding process, which consists of Due Diligence checks and client calls to go through the setup of their logins and tenancy.
  • To request any white label product URLS with the product team for the clients
  • Manage their own accounts: regular touch points to support our active clients in accessing our paid features on the platform.
  • Working with the clients to increase their activity on the platform
  • Update the CRM daily.

Skills required

  • Outbound sales experience
  • A confident communicator with the ability to adapt to the customer
  • Good PC skills
  • Able to demonstrate an ability to maximise sales through excellent customer service
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Self-motivated with good work ethic
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals
