Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Location: Office Based (Swansea or Cardiff), travel required across the UK as required

Salary: Basic Salary of £28,000 – £30,000

Job Type: Full time, permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 9.00am to 5.30pm (Flexible Hours within 8am – 6pm)

Job Role:

As part of our growth plans, we’re seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager that has a real passion for delivering excellence and ensuring customer service is at the heart of everything we do.

You will be responsible for managing and growing a group of customer accounts and being the customers first point of contact for all contract negotiation, technology reviews and service escalations.

You will continue to be part of the customer experience by reviewing their technology stack on an annual basis with a view to progressing their technology and working with the support teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop a trusted relationship with your key accounts and complete technology reviews annually.
  • Complete quarterly business reviews with every managed client
  • Complete regular analysis of your customers product penetration and look at ways to increase the revenue across your base.
  • Increase profitability across your customer base.
  • Be an escalation path for customers to ensure service is delivered at the highest level every time.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Maintain a low level of churn across your own managed accounts.

Job Experience Required:

  • A positive attitude with a can do approach to everything!
  • IT and Comms knowledge is an advantage but not essential
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Sales experience

Renumeration and Benefits:

  • Commission package with an OTE of up to £45,000
