Job Title: Sales Advisor

Salary: £19,000 (OTE £26,500)

Location: Weston-super-Mare

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging individual to join our sales team. The main focus of our telesales advisors is talk to our potential customers, understand their individual needs, and guide them through the appropriate products we are able to offer them as part of our supportive sales process.

This involves scheduling an appointment for one of our experienced Senior Sales Agents to visit the customer, where they can demonstrate our products, allow customers to try them in the comfort of their own home, and guide them through the plethora of colour and style options that will be crafted bespoke to their individual needs.

Responsibilities include inbound and outbound calls, and sales experience, whilst desirable, is not essential as you will be given all the training you need to understand and develop the product knowledge required.

About you:

  • An excellent telephone manner, with experience of working over the phone
  • A positive attitude
  • Be a team player
  • Able to build a rapport with customers through understanding their needs
  • You will need to keep the internal CRM system up to date so good IT skills are required including Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

Benefits:

Salary increasing to £20,000 per annum after successful completion of probationary period, plus a generous commission

  • Annual earning potential of up to £26,500
  • 20 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays, rising by one day per year up to 25 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays
  • Eligibility to receive a Bupa Cash Plan benefit after successful completion of probationary period

Please Note office hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm / 10.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday, and 9.00am – 1.00pm alternate Saturdays.
