Job Title: Sales and lettings Negotiator

QUAY LIVING is an independent Estate and Letting Agency based in Poole Old Town offering a comprehensive range of sales, long-term AST lettings, holiday-lettings and management services. We pride ourselves on the quality of our portfolio and the professional way we deal with clients. Quay is Regulated by RICS and a Propertymark member.
We seek a dynamic and hard-working individual with a track record in lettings and sales negotiation. The chosen candidate will be enthusiastic and keen to bring in new business in a fast-paced environment; a team player with a confident sales manner wanting a role in a friendly, family-owned business where individual effort is rewarded. Full UK Driving Licence essential. NAEA/ARLA qualifications preferred, but assistance will be given to applicants in the process of qualifying.
Working Hours:
- Working days are 5 days per week – Monday to Friday and every other Saturday (with a day off in lieu). Occasional Sundays to be worked with days off in lieu. Working hours are 9.20am to 6pm.
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
