Job Title: Sales and Partnerships Administrator

Location: Dover

Salary: £20,655 per year. Increasing to £24,050 after successfully completing probation.

Job type: 35 hours per week. Full-time and Permanent. Hybrid working.

The Candidate:

We are currently looking for a Sales and Partnerships Administrator to join our collaborative and welcoming Clear Voice team, on a Permanent Contract. The successful candidate will be organised and a creative thinker, have demonstrable experience of working as part of a team as well as taking the initiative to work independently and be passionate about protecting our vulnerable clients.

The Role:

This is a new role which will support the work of the Marketing Coordinator, and the wider Sales and Partnership team, to drive marketing and sales opportunities for Clear Voice Interpreting Services.

The scope of this role is to provide high quality and timely administrative support to Clear Voice Interpreting Services in particular the Sales and Partnership Team. The post holder will work in the appointments team to under the direction of the Clear Voice Head of sales and partnerships and Senior Coordinator on a day-to-day basis. This will include: Supporting marketing, sales and accounts.

The post holder will work consistently to ensure the continuous development of the Clear Voice ensuring that administrative processes, procedures, and customer care are efficient, professional, and consistent at all times.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist the Marketing Coordinator in the creation of internal and external communications
  • Support the monitoring of social media inboxes
  • Assist with the scheduling of social media posts in Loomly
  • Support with content generation for Clear Voice’s website, social media channels and email newsletter.
  • Be creatively involved in generating ideas for campaigns and content
  • Draft written content for social media, emails, and the website as directed
  • Research the marketing output of competitors and peers
  • Keep up to date with marketing trends
  • Assist with any other general marketing duties
  • Collate monthly reports
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales and Partnership team
  • To support and always demonstrate the vision and values of our organisation
  • Follow all policies of Migrant Help, as the parent organisation to Clear Voice
  • Analysing data and preparing reports for the board of trustees
  • Any other reasonable duties assigned, including administrative and operational tasks within the post holder’s competency

Experience and skills:

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Experience of working within a multi-cultural environment
  • Proven ability to work quickly and effectively within a pressurised environment, successfully managing workload
  • Demonstrable planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to form good working relationships with demonstrable customer care skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Good ability to communicate at all levels, verbally and in writing, with diverse groups or individuals
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage successfully competing priorities
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Office applications, databases, CRM systems and booking systems
