The role:

We’re looking for a team player with an unrivalled ability to learn and to put the customer first.

You will be responsible for growing one of our key customer segments, Private Companies. With a proven track-record of exceeding goals, your success means having the skills to discover problems, articulate solutions, and present compelling proposals. We’re looking for someone to make their mark on our business and the industry we serve.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Owning the entire sales lifecycle for the corporate customer; from lead generation to close
  • Attending and hosting events, both online and in-person
  • Work with marketing to keep ahead of market trends, positioning yourself as a thought leader in our domain
  • Leverage social media to build your network of Business leaders in UK and Europe
  • Pipeline management and reporting of performance indicators
  • Driving product development through the structured capture and communication of customer feedback

The Candidate:

  • A thirst for knowledge; constantly striving for self-improvement and feedback
  • A listener with a high emotional quotient; discovering client needs through structured questioning and understanding verbal and non-verbal responses.
  • Confident, hard-working, and self-motivated; to you ‘no’ means ‘not now’
  • Excellent organisation and time management; ‘sales admin’ is a core part of your personal sales process, not a chore
  • Willingness to source minimum 50% of deals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both internally and externally
  • Calm and focused under pressure, taking initiative, and solving problems
  • Team player willing to pitch in whenever necessary
  • IT skills & proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Eligible to work in the UK

Required experience:

  • A minimum of 2 year’s sales experience selling SaaS technology
  • Prior training in a formal sales methodology; Sandler, MEDDIC, Challenger etc.

Desirable experience:

  • Knowledge of and/or desire to work in the private capital markets industry
  • Knowledge of and/or desire to work in the Blockchain/Crypto industry
  • Experience working with a start-up/scale-up business
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent qualifications
