Highcastle Estates is a small business based in Stratford with a new office opening soon in Goodmayes. We are professional, agile, innovative, and our goal is to provide value through our services to all of our clients. We are a dynamic estate agency who prioritises customer service while taking an innovative approach to marketing our business and team.
The Role
We are looking for a dynamic individual looking forward to the challenge of running their own office. We have been established in Stratford and are now expanding our Sales office to Goodmayes and require a talented individual with the expertise to hit the ground running and grow the office and the market share.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan, direct and lead the operations of the team alongside the Director, helping to achieve the office targets and objectives, including profitability, market share and KPIs
- Dealing with clients and customers in all aspects of the estate agency, including valuations, listings, viewings, negotiations and sale progressions.
- Ensuring customer service is at a high level in line with company expectations
- Using data, feedback and interpreting market trends to deliver weekly updates to every client, offering advice and recommendations to facilitate a successful transaction.
- Maintaining all aspects of the marketing of new and existing properties.
- Introducing new business and building alliances with vendors within the local community through active networking
- Ensuring an up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and competitor activities
- Contributing new marketing ideas and proactively supporting marketing initiatives
- Develop a personal brand collaborating with Highcastle Estates
- Train all staff to satisfactory standards
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in either a senior sales negotiator capacity, assistant manager, or having managed a successful branch.
- The ability to build rapport and develop long-standing relationships.
- The capability of working effectively under pressure and in a fast-changing environment.
- Conduct and attitude that enhance the company’s reputation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and planning skills.
- Have experience valuing, listing and selling properties for sale in East London
- Have the personality to motivate, train and lead a team
- Have the desire to take on an exciting new challenge to grow and drive market share
- Full and clean UK driving licence
