Job Title: Sales & Marketing Administrator

Location: Billingshurst RH14 9EZ

Salary: £26,000 plus bonus

Job Type: Full Time – Permanent

BPH Attachments Ltd are a fast-growing and pro-active, multi-million pound family business. We are one of the UK’s most respected suppliers of high-quality hydraulic excavator attachments for sale or hire, serving customers across a wide range of industry.

With four depots in West Sussex, Leicestershire, Somerset and London, we have been experiencing a period of significant growth and are now looking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Administrator to provide exceptional administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Departments.

Key Duties:

  • Supporting the Sales and Marketing Departments to ensure their smooth running
  • Answering incoming calls, dealing with enquiries, or passing through to the relevant department
  • Monitoring Sales inbox and allocating to the relevant salesperson
  • Run CRM reports for Sales Director and sales team
  • Booking hotels and travel for sales team including some European travel
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Updating price lists in excel and circulating to the team
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager with the organisation of exhibitions
  • Organising seasonal gifts and calendars for customers
  • Responsibility for promotional items and reordering
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties in line with the business and departmental needs

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills with the focus on attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and to manage several projects at the same time
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible & adaptable to work in a busy environment
  • Excellent IT skills (previous experience of CRM program an advantage)

Note: the candidate must live within a commutable distance of Billingshurst
