Job Title: Sales, Marketing & Design Manager

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Sales, Marketing & Design Manager for our luxury mirror business in Battersea, London. As Sales, Marketing & Design Manager, you will be responsible for answering sales enquiries, overseeing marketing and customer service, as well as guiding the client to the right design for their space. You will be overseeing our Showroom Staff, under the supervision of our Managing Director. You will collaborate closely with our Head of Production, who is based in our workshop site.
Your responsibilities will include:
SALES
- Answering all incomingsales enquiries, including quotations and design
- Calculating product quotes and costings for bespokedesigns & projects.
- Manage showroom staff, delegating work to maximise efficiency.
- Site visits / meetings with interiordesigners (locally, within London).
- Ensuring Showroom offers an excellent experience to visiting customers.
- Providing friendly and thoughtful support to all clients, developing long-term relationships.
- Issuing invoices, tracking payments, requesting balances using Xero.
- Issuing Order Forms, collecting client signatures.
DESIGN
- Spatial planning and thinking in 3D – helping clients select the correct size product for their space.
- Overseeing production ofdesign
- Communicating with InteriorDesigners and Architects, reading plans and elevations.
MARKETING
- Managing PPC & SEO suppliers.
- Overseeing Social Media content planning.
- Planning & producing creative marketing content & strategies.
- Updating Website with new products and images.
We are looking for someone with:
- At least 2 years experience in similar role.
- Experience with Xero is good but not necessary.
- Knowledge of Adobe CC Suite is essential – especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
- A good head for spatial thinking anddesign
