The Role:

Moose Toys are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join the Cornwall based team.

Based just 8 miles outside of Newquay, our Cornwall office is the Moose Toys UK and European Hub. In the past 18 months we have experienced considerable growth and opportunity and, as we continue to develop and invest in our strategic growth plans, we are looking for an experienced Coordinator to join the team.

This role is an integral part of the Moose Toys team. Responsible for proactively managing the sales order management process and responding, with the highest standard of customer service, to all enquires and orders. Responding efficiently and communicating clearly.

We are keen to hear from those with excellent customer service and communication skills, outstanding attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects, a proactive approach and excellent IT skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly, supportive, and collaborative team. Full training and induction will be provided to ensure you have the very best ‘Flying Start’ to Moose Toys.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an office-based customer service, operational support or coordinator role
  • Extremely IT literate (Email and Excel essential)
  • Proven experience of organising and managing multiple projects and different tasks throughout the working day
  • Results driven, setting high standards for quality and customer satisfaction
  • Establishes strong, positive relationships with customers and employees
  • Excellent collaborator who relates to others in a confident and relaxed manner
  • Communicates with clarity, expressing information and key points clearly
  • Stimulated by working in a fast-paced office environment and delivering to deadlines
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accurate reporting
  • Willingness to resolve anomalies through investigation and problem solving
