Job Title: Schemes Supervisor

Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

Salary: £23,625 per annum

Job Type: Permanent, full time (37.5 hours a week)

About the role:

The role of Scheme Supervisor is to assist the Scheme Manager with day-to-day duties and management of the team, as well as assist with our Schemes administrative duties.

Purpose & Main Duties:

The administrative duties include the daily processing of assessment reports, evidence and other documentation, dealing with third party companies regarding queries and issues relating to our installers, providing customer support regarding scheme and membership queries, making sure everything is correct and in order, whilst keeping an up-to-date membership database.

As Scheme Supervisor you will be assisting the Scheme Manager with the running of the Schemes Team including regular team meetings, monitoring team efficiency and productivity, improving scheme processes and assisting with general team HR. In addition to this, you may provide management meeting cover in the absence of the Scheme Manager, deal with any escalated customer complaints, and provide assistance and guidance to other internal teams, as well as ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Supervisory and/or management experience required.
  • Administration work experience required.
  • Attention to detail and high level of data accuracy required.
  • Good communication skills and telephone experience.
  • The ability to use standard computer systems including Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Excel and Word as these will be used on a daily basis). Training will be provided for our internal systems.
  • The ability to work as part of a larger team whilst being self-sufficient and motivated.
  • Ideally, we would like to see candidates who hold a minimum of five GCSE (or equivalent qualifications) of C grade or above.
  • The ability to think quickly and deal with complex queries and issues.
  • Able to provide a minimum of two contactable references.
  • Preferably with a full UK driving license due to the remote location of our offices.
