This has included new programmes of work, as well as new ways of doing things. As a result of this we are currently looking for the following role to join the organisation:
The Senior Administrator is primarily responsible for coordinating and supporting the Quality and Innovation Directorate, by undertaking administrative duties and designing and implementing process that compliments the work and drives improvement and efficient time management.
Main Responsibilities
To Support the smooth running of meetings across the team
To organise calendars and meetings across multiple staff members and teams by monitoring schedules, to enable collaborative working of the team
Identify and make recommendations for improvements to current admin process and procedures
Managing the directorates teams’ channels, monitoring and managing team inboxes, supporting with document production and control,
Development of procedures for administration tasks, booking travel and accommodation and checking team expenses claims.
Act as Quality & Innovation Directorate digital platforms (Workplace, Pulse, Intranet, Trello) champion
Monitor the directorate project management platform (currently Trello)
Assist with undertaking clinical quality audits, incident management reviews and data quality checks
Supporting teams with recruitment by working alongside HR, coordinating interviews, liaising with candidates where required
Supporting induction processes for new starters, such as providing IT administration and setting up introduction meetings
The Ideal Candidate
As the successful candidate you’ll be working as part of the Quality and Innovation Directorate who are responsible for Governance and Data and Business insights within GamCare. We are looking for someone who has experience in working to support a large team with differing priorities and needs.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills; a proactive approach; and be able to use their own initiative to work independently as well as part of a team. It is essential the candidate is organised, can multi-task, is able to effectively prioritise tasks and work with people at all levels of seniority.
