Salary: £22,168 – £26,386 – dependent on experience

Job Type: Full Time

We operate the National Gambling Helpline, provide treatment for anyone who is harmed by gambling, create awareness about safer gambling and treatment, and encourage an effective approach to safer gambling within the gambling industry.

The Role

The Senior Administrator is a pivotal role where you will provide support for the Industry Standards and Services Team. You’ll be responsible for undertaking administrative tasks and work flexibly to support multiple staff with a wide range of work. As a self-motivated and driven professional, you’ll prioritise your own workload and time management working autonomously, and communicate effectively across the team, organisation and external stakeholders.

About You

As the successful candidate, you’ll be part of a high-performance team so you’ll bring your extensive administrative experience and attention to detail to support the team through data entry into a CRM or similar database which will be crucial to your success. With a proactive approach to your duties, you’ll work agilely across the team to identify how processes can run more smoothly to help give the best service to your stakeholder.

With demonstrable experience of managing multiple stakeholders in a dynamic organisation as an office administrator or similar role you will have honed your skills in operational support and administration which will have given you the tools to manage scheduling/invoicing for a busy team, update spreadsheets, populate reports, collate and report data findings to various targeted audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • General administrative tasks including, preparing invoices, monitoring payments, coordinating and setting up meeting and room bookings, preparing agendas, minutes for key meetings and booking travel arrangements; rooms; taxis, hotels.
  • Scheduling training sessions for colleagues to deliver, in line with customer and colleague requirements.
  • Onboarding of training delegates to ensure they receive relevant course details, access instructions and materials in a timely manner.
  • Providing post-training support to delegates including monitoring coursework and issuing certificates.
  • Monitor multiple team inboxes, and prioritise and direct queries quickly and efficiently
  • CRM data input, management and cleansing to support accurate reporting and monitoring of business leads.
  • Assist with monthly reporting and tracking against Key Performance Indictors (KPIs)
  • Support team projects and process improvements.
