Job Title: Senior Partnerships Consultant

Location: Manchester

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 based on experience

Job Type: Permanent / Full-time – Working Hours – 36 hours a week over 4.5 days

About the job:

We are now looking for a Senior Partnerships Consultant to join our Northcoders Placements Team, which sits in our ‘Opportunities’ Department.

This role’s main priority is to assist us in strengthening our position in the market as industry leaders in technical training, supporting businesses in expanding and diversifying their technical teams by placing Northcoders bootcamp students.

This role will be focused on building long-lasting client partnerships, accurately identifying decision makers, their hiring cycles and ultimately supporting our Northcoders bootcamp students into forward thinking technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New business development & prospecting (B2B)
  • Working against a placements target for our Northcoders bootcamp students
  • Building a pipeline of clients and managing those relationships effectively
  • Upselling & qualifying additional technical training product opportunities
  • Attending and speaking at events for the purpose of business development
  • Ensuring processes are followed, the CRM is always up to date and data is accurate
  • Setting a high standard and example to more junior members of the team

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

We value experience & achievements over formal qualifications

  • A proven track record of selling solutions based services to technology leaders
  • Demonstrated success in a technical placements (recruitment) role
  • Demonstrated intuition to spot opportunities and opportunity cycles
  • Ability to provide a strategic understanding of the technical recruitment market and solutions to combat market changes/challenges
  • Confidence in public speaking and networking
  • Ability to analyse data internally and on the external market to drive your placement rate
  • Leadership or mentoring experience is desirable.

  • Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 based on experience + quarterly bonus
  • Location: Manchester offering a hybrid and flexible working pattern
