Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Location: London/Hybrid

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000

Job type: Full Time, 36 hours a week over 4.5 days, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday in the office.

We are extremely proud of what we have built so far and are confident to aspire to achieve an aggressive growth plan over the next few years; This role will lead the high level business development activity from the London base into the London technology sector.
You will be consultatively selling a portfolio of Technology People and Skills solutions, namely our Accelerate, Incubate and Academy products into C-Suite and Heads of Tech level, this role requires someone with experience, traction and gravitas to engage our target customer base. You will be responsible for building the Northcoders brand awareness, working with the marketing team to engage and delight customers

Key Responsibilities

Working with the wider Sales tribes to maximise opportunity and creating an influential tech community in London, this role is designed to engage London and southern engagement in line with our core values and mission. You will be familiar and influential within the tech community and meet-up scene.

  • At least 2 years’ successful experience Consultative selling of solutions into Technology leaders
  • Strong commercial acumen to achieve the business growth goals
  • An emotionally mature and wholehearted approach to Business development, building progressive, Influential, and collaborative relationships
  • Drive and commitment to make a difference
