Job Title: Senior Support Analyst

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £34,000 and £38,000

Job type: Full Time, 35 hours per week to be agreed under company flexible working policy, but generally expected to be Mondays to Fridays and between 8.00am and 6.00pm.

Our passion is to be providing UK churches with financial services. In particular, we serve evangelical churches which stand for the Lordship of Jesus Christ on the authority of the Bible. The nature of this role is that there is not an Occupational Requirement for the
successful applicant to be a committed Christian.

The role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Support Analyst to join our team and provide support to our wider Bank Team acting as an escalation point for the Support Analyst. You will be highly quality-focused and able to demonstrate this through all your work ensuring we deliver an excellent service to the whole Bank team.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will maintain a focused approach, providing an excellent level of technical support and ensuring technical skills are developed within the ITS Team to increase our ability to resolve support and delight the Bank’s team.

We really are looking for a quality all-rounder, for a role that will offer lots of variety.

Information on the role:

Role to be based at the Bank’s office: Media House, Padge Road, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 2RS. Remote working arrangements by agreement in accordance with the Bank’s flexible working policy. There is an expectation of at least four office-based days per week for this role.

Benefits:

27 days paid holidays (excluding bank holidays), with the opportunity to purchase an additional five days’ holiday per annum.
