Service Manager Practice and Participation

Bowthorpe Community Hub, Norwich

£49,008 to £54,111 per annum

37 hours per week

Permanent contract

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to be join Norfolk’s Children’s Service supporting practice development across Children’s Social Care. You will be pivotal to ensuring children’s and families views are embedded into service design and delivery. As the Principal Social Worker, you will have strong links to front line staff, learning from them and understanding what’s needed to ensure they deliver the best quality services to children and families

In this role, you will be part of a network of key services working together on the practice agenda. Key links will include the Service Managers, Quality Assurance Service, the Learning and Development Teams, Assistant Directors and the Safeguarding Partnership.

Day to Day you will be part of the Independent Statutory Services Management team who are an experienced, dedicated and passionate team who have a strong track record of ensuring children’s views underpin the development of services and strive for excellence.
