The Role

TNS provides managed services to clients in the Payments and Financial Market sectors that allow them to transact with fully secure, reliable, and high-speed solutions. The Service Transition Management (STM) team primary goal is to provide our customers with the highest level of support throughout their service transition process.

The STA is responsible for the transition of internal & customer services including project creation, service provisioning and order management as well as quoting and circuit ordering with telecom carriers. They will be responsible for the delivery of BAU activities within the team.

As a STA at TNS, you are responsible for ensuring that existing clients have a fantastic on-boarding experience. Working side by side with the Service Transition Coordinators and TNS technical delivery teams, you will support the service initiation, circuit provisioning, and installation within contracted SLAs

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day customer project/orders/enquiries and activities
  • Provide project support to the Service Transition Coordinators/Project Managers
  • Manage the implementation of assigned projects/orders in accordance with service delivery guidelines and client contractual agreements.
  • Deliver effective stakeholder management for all assigned projects.
  • Be a single point of contact for TNS customers and Sales during their service implementation and transition to TNS.
  • Ensure adherence to process standards.
  • Maintain reporting and escalate onboarding projects/orders assigned to you as needed to ensure internal and external customers are aware of status.
  • Be responsible for issue resolution or escalation in a timely manner.
  • Perform various tasks related to the delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Drive 3rd party vendors and internal teams to completion of service delivery deliverables.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 2 years administrative experience
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to exercise independent judgment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective collaborative working relationships
  • Ability to respond to frequent pressure to meet deadlines and demands
  • Able to successfully interface and establish rapport with clients (internal and external)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/orders at the same time
  • Must be available to work core office hours, Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to work outside of core hours where required.

  • A basic understanding of Project Management principles
  • Knowledge and working experience with SalesForce
  • Knowledge and working experience with Sharepoint
  • Knowledge and working experience with Remedy
