Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £30,000 per annum + excellent benefits and superb working environment
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Working Hours: 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong working relationships with the Developers, Account & Project Managers and IT
- Become familiar with the product portfolio, technology stack and deployment processes
- Work with project team to understand the client requirements and create test plans in line with the test strategy
- To create test data requirements for maximum test coverage
- Executing manual and automated testing
- Liaise with development team for defect closure
- Document and verify test results
- Keep the Project Team and the QA Manager informed of testing status and outcome
- Produce Test Exit Reports
- Mentor / Support Junior members of the team
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development life cycle
- To deliver work to agreed estimates and timescales
- To maintain and develop knowledge, skills and competencies in testing process and tools
Technical Skills and Desirables:

- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks
- Working Knowledge of Test Management / Defect Management using XRAY / JIRA
- Experience with SQL
