Job Title: Spare Parts Co-Ordinator

Location: Plymouth, Devon

Salary: Competitive, Dependent on Experience

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Founded in London in 1922 Tecalemit has been at the forefront of vehicle servicing & maintenance ever since. They are a business full of great people who care about their jobs, their colleagues and their customers.

We are currently looking for someone to join our busy team as a Spare Parts Co-ordinator, ideally with experience in a similar role, preferably in the Automotive Industry, although that’s not essential.

About the role:

  • Receiving spare parts orders via email and telephone.
  • Use of spare parts manuals to identify parts when required.
  • Using SharePoint to access technical identification.
  • Advising customers on correct spare part using product information library.
  • Managing warranty claims for parts sold and returns in such circumstances.
  • Endorsing terms and conditions of sale regarding return of spare parts.
  • Taking payments for spare parts orders prior to orders being released for despatch.
  • A knowledge and understanding of Stock Control would be useful.
  • Liaison with Purchasing and Despatch departments regarding delivery and despatch timelines.
