About the role:
Pixipixel are currently recruiting for a Consumables Stock Controller to join the Lighting Division in Tottenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for the stock control of all sales and consumable items, such as spare bulbs, tapes, lighting gels and electrical accessories.
The role is full time 40 hours per week working a shift of 09.00 – 18.00 Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour break to be taken throughout the day. Overtime will be required as the need arises. Salary will be competitive, based on your experience.
Pixipixel is under a 10 minutes’ walk from Meridian Water station, which has direct links to Tottenham Hale and Stratford stations.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the co-ordination of ordering, dispatch and return of sale items.
- Using the Company’s stock control system to check goods in and out of stock as well as raising PO’s, tracking shortages and processing returns.
- To ensure that all sale and return consumables are processed correctly.
- Responsible for maintaining sales stock levels and accurate record keeping.
- To maintain and develop relationships with suppliers to continually improve procurement terms.
- Perform regular stock checks in line with company policy and investigating any stock inaccuracies.
Skills and experience required:
- Good working knowledge and experience of stock control, ideally within a warehouse environment (Minimum of 1year).
- Must be competent in Microsoft applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
