About the Role:
If, like us, you love collaborating on good architectural design; have a passion for minimising the environmental impact of the buildings you design; and have at least 4 years’ structural engineering experience (and the right to work in the UK), we’d like to chat to you.
A typical day will involve: designing, sketching, learning, head-scratching, chatting, coaching and having fun.
You’ll quickly progress your career, working closely with our directors whilst overseeing and mentoring two junior engineers on residential, educational and commercial projects. This will suit a candidate acquainted with or keen to develop their skills in running their own small team.
If you’re not yet chartered, this experience will directly prepare you for IStructE chartership and to become a rounded engineer. If you’re already chartered, you’ll have an opportunity to fast-track to becoming an Associate or Associate Director.

Education & Experience:
- Structural Engineering: min 4/5 years (required)
- Bachelor’s (required), Ideally Chartered IStructE
