Job Title: Student Engagement Officer

Salary: £24,948 – £27,131 per annum – SS4.
Job type: Permanent, Full-time.

The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Student Engagement team who are at the forefront of student support, providing a service that actively works towards ensuring students have advice and guidance when managing difficulty, and awareness of opportunities that can have a positive impact on student performance and experience.
The role will involve engaging with students and staff to provide adequate advice, guidance and interventions to support specific student cases, recording, managing and organising data to allow a focused approach to student support, and supporting with the development of initiatives, events, and materials to improve the engagement of students with the university.
The post holder will have the opportunity to contribute towards projects aimed at improving student experience within a range of areas, such as academic performance, wellbeing, belonging, inclusion, and diversity. This work will involve working across teams within the institution, to organise and deliver events and workshops, engaging with students and staff, on campus and virtually.
