Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Wells
Salary: £10.80 – £11.30 per hour
Job type: Permanent, Full time.
The Role:
We are residential care providers with homes in the Bristol and Somerset area. We’re looking for support workers for our homes in Wells, Somerset BA5 3EN, renowned for providing high levels of care and support for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Providing care & support to our Service users.
- Record and document information, following company policies & procedures.
- Show dignity and respect at all times.
- 80 hour fortnightly rota, to include day, evening and weekend shifts.
- Part time hours are available e.g. Daytime, evenings and weekends.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Commitment, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Good understanding of both written and spoken English.
- Preferred experience in care.
