She presently works in a junior school, helping a day and half in their library. Her passion is looking after young children and she enjoys shopping, going out to the cinema, bowling and seeing friends in her spare time. She has a puppy which her staff help her to train and care for. The young lady enjoys going on holidays and breaks away both with and without her family, staff who have contracted hours should have the flexibility to support these. The young lady is supported by a team of therapists and has a case manager who coordinates her care and support needs. As part of her care team, you will be employed by the young lady (via her professional financial deputy), but managed and supervised by the case manager from Ben Holden Ltd.
