Salary: £19,000-£21,000 pro rata

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

The role:

Rewarding, varied role providing digital administrative support to our carers and office staff.

We are looking for a systems support administrator who will provide digital support to our carers and our out of office team. The role involves managing medication alerts, updating our systems, providing support on how to use our applications to our carers and liaising with our carers and office team by telephone and email. The work is mostly over weekends but some planned weekday work will be expected. Candidates will be expected to work Bank holidays excluding Christmas Day and Boxing day.

You will be willing to learn, flexible, compassionate, excellent at communicating across all mediums, and digitally competent. You will also able to work as part of a team or independently.
