We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor who will support the Talent Acquisition Manager in the implementation of the global recruitment strategy. This is a new and exciting opportunity to support a growing business that requires an energetic partner with drive and initiative.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisiton Manager, this role has responsibility to support all of the Croud recruitment and talent acquisition needs. The role will suit an ambitious, experienced recruiter that sees the value in talent.
Croud operates a hybrid working model with a minimum of 2 days a week based in our Shrewsbury office and the remaining days from home if you wish.

Key Responsibility:

  • Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media platforms, career events and websites talent pool
  • Grow an active candidate database for future needs – Actively sourcing, nurturing and pipelining candidates from entry-level to senior management
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks – ensuring that all available job slots are allocated efficiently and in line with the current and future needs
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to to determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with hiring managers
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Plan and schedule interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in person interviews
  • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System
  • Develop relationships with educational establishments and participate in career and networking events
  • Ensure the company EVP and branding is incorporated in all internal and external communications
  • Support and/or lead recruitment drives to populate the talent pipeline across the various channels
  • Use all available tools and resources to ensure advertising is written with a specific and aligned focus to the Brand
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring team to ensure each vacancy have a clearly defined recruitment possess which is fair and consistent
  • Assist hiring managers with the screening of candidates
  • Assist with the regular review of assessments/ task briefs based on the specific role competencies

About you:

  • Previous experience sourcing for entry to senior-level positions
  • Strong candidate delivery/resourcing background
  • In depth experience working within a recruitment, resourcing and lead generation environment
  • Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
  • Experience working on Applicant Tracking Systems
  • A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • A clear understanding of modern recruitment principles
  • Proficient in Google Suite/Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and to prioritise based on business needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and adaptability to talk to candidates from entry level to C-suite, as well as senior stakeholders across the business
  • A team player who engages well with others
