About the role:

At Ekco our people and culture come first. We have grown at a rapid pace over the past year, and plan to double in size again over the next eighteen months. To help meet this goal we are now searching for a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and support our recruitment function across all our regions. Key Duties:

  • End to end recruitment and onboarding processes across the Ekco group (i.e. UK, Ireland, and the Benelux region)
  • Work closely with recruiting team members to create rich talent pooling, competitor analysis, and market / industry trends
  • Developing strong working relationships with hiring managers via day to day communications, and using experience to ensure hiring needs are delivered
  • Reporting on progress of ongoing recruitment and metrics involved, and ability to work at pace when managing multiple roles at once
  • Facilitate and lead meetings with key stakeholders that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results
  • Drive offer process – including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
  • Creating unique job descriptions which capture the eye of candidates as well as give a viewpoint of the story and culture of Ekco
  • Market research to identify trends, and advise on best practices

About you:

  • The ideal candidate will have a true passion for all things Recruitment with at least 3-5 years in-house experience (preferably within high-growth Cloud or IT environments) recruiting at all levels within an organisation
  • You have excellent people skills, with an ability to connect and work amicably with colleagues across all departments developing networks both internally and externally
  • You have experience in using Talent attraction and candidate engagement strategies to source and retain talented team members while also supporting the growth of our employer brand in creative and unique ways.
  • You are skilled in negotiation and decision making, as well as being highly adaptable and flexible
  • You are proficient with recruitment market research, and experienced in identifying salary ranges for roles against industry standards, as well as identifying career paths of possible candidates
  • Your excellent people skills translate directly into your interview skills, and you are experienced with various interview methods including structured interviews, technical assessments, behavioural questions, psychometric testing etc.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree In HR or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with different HRIS / ATS providers (BambooHR ideally)
  • Experience working within an International team
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple work streams at once
