About the role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the in-house recruitment team.
The role would suit seasoned recruiters who understand the life-sciences industry, mainly the pathology services and the NHS.
Key Responsibilities:
- To represent SYNLAB as an employer of choice to all candidates and external parties.
- To act as the Talent Acquisition Partner for SYNLAB’s UK Hospital Businesses
- Actively build and develop talent pipelines through marketing and social media platforms.
- The Talent Acquisition Partner will act as the point of contact for candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Key Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Inhouse or RPO Experience as a Talent Partner/ Recruitment Advisor
- The ability to identify, engage and attract candidates in a skill shortage market
- Able to provide evidence of utilising social media to identify, approach and engage with ‘passive’ candidates
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities can evidence how to keep internal and external stakeholders updated
- Must have had exposure to the constant challenges within the public and private sector workplaces (understand the obstacles a private company may experience in the public sector workplace)
- Able to demonstrate their ability to research organisations/ the competition
- Experience in selling an organisation/ business to potential candidates
Desirable:
- Experience in recruiting Biomedical Scientists
- Knowledge of the UK pathology industry/ or the NHS
