Job Title: Team Member

Location: Hanover Square, London

Salary: Up to £12.00 per hour – Depending on Experience.

Job type: Full Time – Permanent.

Purpose of Role:

Be warm welcoming friendly person who enjoys providing exceptional customer service. Can enjoy the fast-paced morning/lunch service to serve the busy Mayfair customers on the go. You must be a personable engaging person to build rapport with our regular customers.

Main Duties:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the house.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the Nathalie concept at large, plus all food, drink, and retail items, thus the ability to educate customers.
  • Clean and restock chilled wells, ‘dry good’ areas, work and dining areas, empty rubbish, and sanitise any equipment or utensils.
  • Pass on guest complaints appropriately to the management.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
  • Help and assist in any area of the site, wherever and whenever necessary.
