Job Title: Telecoms Provisioning Manager

Location: Silsoe

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 dependent on experience

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9.00 to 17.30 and Friday 9.00 to 17.00

We are a young and vibrant Telecom’s specialist with over 13 years’ experience, working with small to large customers via our channel network.

Over the last few years, we have started working with large Vendor Partners who consider us experts in the delivery of VoIP, Connectivity, WLR3 & professional services.

That is why we are now inviting an enthusiastic and professional provisioning manager to join our team! Our product portfolio includes lines, broadband, the latest voice & data products and cloud-based technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provisioning & delivery of all orders for fixed line, connectivity and VoIP phone systems for both direct and Channel orders
  • Project management of customers orders, including providing detailed updates to customers via telephone and email
  • Ensuring all orders are kept updated with accurate notes on our CRM
  • Accurate and timely processing of all orders in line with our SLAs
  • Efficiently monitor and self-manage workflows both internally and externally with our suppliers
  • Liaise with carriers, networks, suppliers and internal teams to ensure any delays or issues are quickly identified and resolved
  • Schedule internal/third party engineers, including booking hotels and travel where necessary
  • Build quotes for existing customers with the support of Internal Account
  • Managers
  • Process documentation for customer orders
  • Manage escalations from Provisioning Coordinators and identify when to escalate matters to Operations
  • Management/Training/Coaching for all provisioning Coordinators
  • Continually liaise with Operations manager to ensure all processes and workflows are efficient
  • Raising service charges to Accounts

The Candidate:

You will be an organised and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working as part of a small team. You will be supportive, professional and flexible, with the ability to multitask.

Experience in the Telecoms sector is essential.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Gamma provisioning is desired but not essential
  • Experience with BT WLR3 provisioning is desired but not essential
  • Experience with Union Street/Abillity is desired but not essential
  • Experience in telecommunications is essential
  • Experience in a telecommunications provisioning role is essential
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients
  • The ability to work well in a team and independently
  • The ability to prioritise your workload
  • Attention to detail
  • Pleasant telephone manner
  • An ability to demonstrate initiative in problem solving
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent accuracy
  • Excellent organisation and ability to multitask
  • Experience in a management role is essential

Package:

  • 25 days, plus bank holidays
  • Birthday day off
