Job title: Telesales Executive

Location: St Austell

Salary: £20k-30k per year – Depending on experience.

Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Hours – 07.30am – 17.00pm (Monday – Friday).

Purpose of Role:

The Primary position of this role is to increase quantity of customers purchasing and increase quantity of product groups sold to existing customers.

Generating leads and in turn sales by calling customers that are currently not spending, and potential customers on the phone, which will be passed on to specialists, from the Coastal sales office. All calls are to be logged on Netsuite.

The second purpose of the role is to cleanse data on the CRM system ensuring customer information is up to date and accurate. Also, to help out with marketing campaign follow up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 30 or more outbound calls daily.
  • Record conversations and actions also ensuring information is accurately recorded on Netsuite.
  • Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and update Netsuite accordingly.
  • Upsells customers to more extensive packages, or higher priced services.
  • Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches.
  • Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities.
  • Direct prospects and leads to the sales team when needed.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
  • To hit KPA targets, as agreed documented separately.
