Job Title: Tenancy Administrator

Location: Hove, BN3

Salary: £15,000 – £19,000 per annum

Job Type: Permanent, Full and Part Time

The Company is a busy city centre property sales and lettings agent that makes a difference providing bespoke sales, lettings and management packages to property owners in Brighton and Hove.

They’re currently looking for a super-efficient administrator to join their team, and support the Administration Manager. It’s not going to be an easy role and you can’t make mistakes but if you’re ready for a challenge this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

The role involves preparing properties for new tenancies by creating legal AST agreements, booking and coordinating contractors for safety checks and inventories, preparing all lettings paperwork for landlords and tenants, ensuring compliance with legislation and paying/scanning invoices.

The Candidate:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Be able to multi task in a busy environment with challenging market led workload demands
  • Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM databases essential
