About the role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Buyer to join our busy purchasing & planning team in Fordingbridge. This role is an ideal opportunity for the right candidate to build a career within purchasing and the electronics industry.
Main duties:
- Ordering & rescheduling of parts
- Chasing suppliers for overdue orders
- Locating stock and obtaining quotes
- Negotiating with suppliers
- Close liaison with our Sales and Operations Teams
- Communication and close cooperation with our overseas offices
About you:
- Show good numeracy and IT skills
- Have an eye for accuracy and detail
- Good planning and be well organised
Full training in the specifics of the role will be provided
