Job Title: Trainee / Store manager
Location: Denham, Middlesex
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (to be discussed) between the hours of 09.30 and 5pm Monday to Saturday

About the role:
Working 37.5 hours between the hours of 09.30 and 5pm Monday to Saturday, you will ‘parent’ our plants with the love and attention they need, drive sales by ensuring your performance is of a consistently high standard, and provide excellent customer service to create a relaxed environment that our clients will want to re-visit.
About you:
Ideal requirements for the role will include: –
- A demonstrable interest in garden plants. (full training will be provided to the right candidate)
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Previous retail experience
- Good communication skills
- Self motivated and a strong team player
- Good organisational skills
- Attention to detail with presentation, pricing and merchandising of our products
- A willingness to learn and keep up to date with the products offered in store.
- Overall responsibility for cashing up at the end of each day, to include the credit card machine, closing routines and some administration tasks.
