Job Title: Van Driver Operative
Location: Eynsham, West Oxforshire
Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 per annum depending on experience, plus bonus
Job Type: Full time, Permanent (40 hours per week, 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday)
The Role:
This role offers a unique opportunity to work independently combining hands on logistics support and driving. You will be responsible for moving small parts between our customer’s factory line and nearby storage facility. You will use manual handling equipment including electric pallet truck and counterbalance forklift truck (training available) and drive a 3.5 tonne luton van with tail lift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick material based on transfer order
- Pack material, palletising as needed, and safely load vehicle
- Transport goods between factory line and local storage facility
- Offload goods and deliver to correct location within the factory or storage facility

Key Requirements
- A good command of the English language
- Valid UK driving licence
- Experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment
- A counterbalance forklift certificate would be beneficial however training is available
