Job Title: Visitor Experience Coordinator

Salary: £30,451 – £32,234 per annum

This autumn a new Destination Management Organisation (DMO) will be launched with the purpose of showcasing Harrogate District as an exceptional place to visit, meet and invest.
Integral to this are the cultural venues and Tourist Information Centres in the District and as part of this new team we are now seeking an enthusiastic Visitor Experience Co-ordinator.
With responsibility for delivering an exceptional visitor experience both at directly managed and public venues and events across the District, you will lead a diverse front of house team whilst demonstrating great organisational and time management skills, resilience and with the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
If you have at least five years management experience in an environment delivering outstanding multi-venue customer service with a passion for culture and attractions in our fabulous District, then we want to hear from you.
