The role
Following a significant increase to our order book, our Duport Foundry are currently looking to recruit a positive and enthusiastic individual to join our busy Warehouse team. Due to the fast-paced environment we are looking for an individual who has previous warehousing experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate must have an in date counterbalance license and a pivot steer license would also be advantageous.
Responsibilities include
- Picking, packing, counting, loading and unloading daily despatch of up to 6 artic lorries daily
- Loading / unloading containers of brought in product, stowing / put away
- Cycle counting and stock taking
Ideal Candidate
- Have a can-do attitude
- Good timekeeping and attendance
- Be flexible to work above and beyond the minimum requirements
- Good attention to detail
- Have a counterbalance license, though pivot steer is advantageous
